Shipping Policy
We strive to offer you the lowest possible postage costs. We offer $13.50 Australia wide as a flat postage fee.
Delivery
At Madison Jane we use courier or Australia post depending on your location we will choose the best most suitable option. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
As a rule it is safest to allow approximately 14 days for delivery. If your item/s haven't arrived 14 days after purchase, please contact us immediately.
Madison Jane will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post or the courier service. Australia Post has tracking numbers and if any items are lost in transit, this must be addressed with Australia Post. Madison Jane will not be responsible for lost or undelivered items.
If, due to a technical error or system bug, the correct postage is not applied to an item at checkout, we will contact you by email or phone to request the additional charges. If you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase due to the additional charges required due to technical error we will provide a full refund.
